Common Questions About Our Mobile Repairs
Here are the questions we hear most. Don't see yours? Call or text 506-735-4207 and we'll be happy to help.
Do you really come to my house?
Yes. Every repair is done at your home, in your driveway, garage or yard. There's no need to load your snowblower or lawn mower into a truck or wait days at a shop.
How much does a repair cost?
Repairs start at $199. A tune-up is $169, and a repair with a tune-up is $299. We will tell you the price before any work begins, so there are no surprises.
What's the difference between a tune-up and a repair?
A tune-up is not a repair. A tune-up ($169) is maintenance for a machine that already starts and runs. If your machine will not start or is not working properly, it needs a repair (starting at $199). Need both? A repair and tune-up together is $299.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. When a repair is completed together with a tune-up, you get our 6-month no-start warranty.
What areas do you serve?
Moncton, Dieppe, Riverview, Shediac, Shediac Cape, Sackville, Scoudouc and Barachois. We serve 20 communities across the area, so if you're nearby but not on the list, give us a call.
What brands do you work on?
We service gas snowblowers and lawn mowers from most major brands, including Toro, Honda, Ariens, Cub Cadet, Craftsman, Husqvarna, Briggs and Stratton, John Deere, MTD, Yard Machines, Troy-Bilt, Poulan Pro, Simplicity, Snapper, Yard-Man, PowerSmart, Champion, Remington and Lawn-Boy. Not sure about yours? Just ask.
How long does a repair take?
Most repairs take 1 to 2 hours, and about 90% of repairs are finished within that time. If a part needs to be ordered, we will let you know and come back once it arrives.
When should I get my snowblower tuned up?
Early fall, before the first big snowfall. A pre-season tune-up catches problems before you need the machine, and lawn mowers are best done in early spring.
Do you sharpen lawn mower blades?
Yes. Blade sharpening can be done on its own or as part of a spring tune-up. A sharp blade gives a cleaner cut and is easier on your lawn and your engine.
How can I pay?
We accept debit, credit and cash. Not going to be home? Leave your machine outside and set up a pre-authorized payment, and our technicians will take care of it while you're away.
How do I book a repair?
Call or text us at 506-735-4207, or use the contact form on this site. Tell us what kind of machine you have and what it's doing, and we'll set up a time to come to you.
